Releasing stuck emotions is one of the most powerful steps toward healing and self-liberation. Grief, anger, fear, or sadness often get trapped in the body when we suppress or ignore them. For most of us, we have been carrying them around with us our whole lives. We no longer need to hold them. Remember, emotions are energy in motion—they’re meant to flow, not fester. Let’s Release!
In this session, we’ll explore how mindful movement can help us process and release stuck emotions. We’ll also discover which types of movement align with specific emotional states, offering the body a pathway to expression, release, and renewal.
