Releasing stuck emotions is one of the most powerful steps toward healing and self-liberation. Grief, anger, fear, or sadness often get trapped in the body when we suppress or ignore them. For most of us, we have been carrying them around with us our whole lives. We no longer need to hold them. Remember, emotions are energy in motion—they’re meant to flow, not fester. Let’s Release!

In this session, we’ll explore how gentle flow exercises and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) can help release deeply held tension and emotions stored in the body. These practices support the nervous system in returning to a state of balance, allowing stress and trauma to naturally unwind — leaving you feeling more grounded, open, and at ease.
