In this session, we’ll explore some of the most common thought distortions — the subtle mental patterns that shape the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world. By bringing these distortions into awareness, we’ll begin to gently dismantle the limiting beliefs that no longer serve us, creating space for a more truthful and empowering inner narrative.
