Meet Your Guide
I became a life coach after going through my own journey of self-discovery. For years, I was a high performer, constantly striving and pushing through, until I was diagnosed with CPTSD. That moment, despite being a difficult one, became an invitation to turn inward, heal, and learn how to feel safe within myself again.
Through a three-month in-person CPTSD intensive, I built a deep sense of self-awareness and learned how to connect with who I am beneath the roles I played. That experience became the foundation of my coaching work. To honor my own journey, I started helping others find the same sense of safety, clarity, and grounded confidence within themselves.
My framework is rooted in the belief that awareness creates choice. When we begin to notice our patterns and coping strategies, we can understand the needs they’re meeting. From that awareness, we can decide whether they still align with our values and, if needed, create change that feels natural, not forced.
Our sessions are guided conversations, spacious, curious, and supported by gentle education when there’s a gap in understanding or language. My role is to offer gentle nudges, grounded insight, and shine a light on what may have been overlooked so that you can come home to yourself, often for the very first time.
I work with people who know they’re meant for more but feel like, try as they may, they just can't seem to get there. Many arrive feeling caught between who they’ve been and who they know they could be, and leave feeling safe, seen, and ready to live from that deeper place of truth.

This isn’t just theory for me — it’s lived experience. I’ve done this work, I’ve walked this path, and I continue to live it alongside my clients every day.
